GENERAL PROVISIONS

Scope

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website sweepium.com with all associated domains and related content (“Site”) operated by SWPMTECH LTD, a company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, registration number: ΗΕ 470378, with its registered address at 170 Franklin Roosevelt, LIMASSOL CHAMBER, Floor 2, Omonia, 3048, Limassol, Cyprus (the “Company”).

Purpose

The Site functions exclusively as an informational portal detailing the Company’s sweepstakes and social gaming offerings, along with their associated mechanics and conditions. It does not host, administer, sponsor, or conduct any actual sweepstakes entries or social gaming activities.

Acceptance

By accessing, browsing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations; if you do not agree, you must immediately cease all use of the Site.

ELIGIBILITY

Eligibility

The Site and content are provided “as is” without warranties. Company disclaims guarantees on accuracy or suitability. Use of information is at your own risk.

The Company provides lawful sweepstakes information only and does not engage in illegal gambling.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Company and affiliates are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Liability is capped at US $500 to the fullest extent permitted by law.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company and its affiliates against any claims or damages arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

SANCTIONS & EXPORT RESTRICTIONS

Site use is prohibited for sanctioned individuals/entities or from embargoed countries. By using the Site, you confirm compliance with all applicable sanctions laws.

TERMS & TERMINATION

We may change these Terms or suspend access to the Site at any time. Continued use indicates acceptance of updated Terms.

GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTES RESOLUTION

These Terms are governed by Cyprus law. Disputes must be resolved in Cyprus courts.

MISCELLANEOUS

These Terms are the full agreement. If a part is invalid, the rest remains in force. No third party has enforcement rights. English version prevails.
